If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! You can log into your account, at any time, to view your order history and search for your most recent orders.

You can cancel or change your order by going to your Wadaaa profile and clicking on the order you would like to cancel or change in “Order History”. Choose “Request/cancel order”. Our team will review your request and get in contact with you.

Your shipping time depends on both the country/state you live in and the origin of your ordered product. You can get updates about your shipping time and details using the tracking number we provide you with after fulfilling your order.

Currently, the shipping carriers we work with are USPS and UPS.

You can track your order by clicking on “Track My Order” at the left upper corner on the website. Here, you can type in the tracking number you received after placing your order.

If you entered the wrong information for you order, please go to your order history on your profile, select the order you want to edit and click on “Change shipping address” as soon as possible. Please contact customer service for additional help.
