During the preparation of the pasta, Rustichella d’Abruzzo has added to the durum wheat semolina and water to make Tonnarelli, grooved Linguine, some of the best Spinach leaves exclusively coming from Italian crops, in order to obtain a colored and naturally flavored pasta without any addition of colorants or preservatives, ready to be enjoyed as it is or by adding a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but it can be well appreciated with other seasonings of the Italian tradition.
Only the best durum wheat semolina is selected with a higher gluten content, pure water, bronze dies and low-temperature drying. These are the elements that have always help to obtain a rough, tasty and high quality.
